Welcome to Your AI Workday
Welcome
You do not need to become an AI expert to get useful time back. You need a few small workflows that fit the work already on your calendar.
This course is built for the moments that quietly add up: staring at a blank email, turning a meeting into next steps, reading a long document, or trying to decide what matters first. We will use AI as a drafting and thinking partner—not as the person responsible for your work.
The AI Workday rule
You provide the context and make the call. AI helps you produce a useful first pass.
That means every good request has three parts:
- Context: What is happening, who is involved, and what source material matters?
- Outcome: What do you need at the end—a draft, a summary, an action list, or a recommendation?
- Constraints: What should the response sound like, include, avoid, or fit within?
Start with one repeatable task
Choose one task you do at least once a week. Make it small enough to test today: drafting a follow-up email, organizing rough notes, or creating a plan for tomorrow.
Then use this starter prompt:
I need help with [task]. Here is the context: [context]. Create a first draft for [audience]. Keep it [tone] and include [must-have details]. If anything is unclear, ask me up to three questions first.
Your first win
Before the next lesson, save one example of a task that took less effort because you started with a structured first draft. Do not measure perfection. Measure whether you had more time and attention for the part only you can do: judgment, relationships, and final decisions.
